Excitation devices of synchronous motors
Our company develops and produces different types of exciting devices for control of excitation of the brush and brushless synchronous motors and as offers the equipment and services for renovation (upgrade) of existing drivers to level of the modern models.
Exciting devices and renovation sets which we produce, use of digital control systems in which are implemented integrates:
- Energy saving modes of regulation of an energizing current
- Integration in industrial control system via additional network interface cards
- Protection of the rectifier, drive winding, motor and motor switch-gear
- Group regulation of reactive power
- Service functions:
- Recording of the oscillograms of events in a non-volatile memory with reference to real time
- Collection and saving in a non-volatile memory of statistical information on: number of switching on and engine switch-offs, quantity of emergency shutdowns with distribution on each type of accident, the accounting of an operating time of the engine and the controler
- Coordinated work of the exciter with different systems of the soft start
